Open a logged activity, task or note and at the bottom you can see the sync status. If you see an error message in red please try the following:
- If you are being prompted to resync your data, please do so and leave Tact open on your screen until the resync completes
- Quit and reopen Tact (double press home button > swipe up on Tact)
If either of these do not resolve your issue, please take a screenshot of the task details and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
