How to check the sync status of logged activities, tasks or notes

Open a logged activity, task or note and at the bottom you can see the sync status. If you see an error message in red please try the following:

  1. If you are being prompted to resync your data, please do so and leave Tact open on your screen until the resync completes
  2. Quit and reopen Tact (double press home button > swipe up on Tact)

If either of these do not resolve your issue, please take a screenshot of the task details and email it to support@tactile.com.
