Why am I seeing duplicate events in Tact

Tact syncs your meetings from your Outlook or Google calendars and your Salesforce events. If your Salesforce events are synced to your Outlook or Google calendars or vice versa, you will see duplicates in Tact. We recommend either:

  1. Disable syncing of your Salesforce events to your calendar and vice versa
  2. Turning off your Outlook or Google calendars from showing up in Tact

To change which calendars you can see in Tact:

Goto Tact Settings > Data Sources > Calendars > select or deselect your calendars
